This week’s card is The Hermit, and may mark a time when you just want to withdraw from the world and retreat into your shell. It’s possible that you won’t feel much like engaging with anyone, and may be willing everyone to go away and leave you alone to think and contemplate in peace and quiet. It is a time to meditate, and connect with your own inner guiding light without interruptions. Don’t be afraid to carve out some “me” time this week to get back in touch with your own desires and goals, and make sure that you are on the right path.

The Wands are all about creativity, action and manifestation and as the Father expresses the strongest essence of this energy we would expect the person this card represents to display strong characteristics of a fiery, spontaneous risk taker.

This is a person who is extremely visionary and action oriented. Although very charismatic and powerful, these qualities have the potential to spill over into arrogance and ruthlessness. This person “takes no prisoners” in their drive to get things done and in their ambitions to manifest their ideas into the realm of reality. Anyone that gets in their way can be on the receiving end of their intimidating and sometimes aggressive response and their overbearing demeanour.

These people are the natural born entrepreneurs of this world who like to “strike while the iron is hot”. This spontaneity can sometimes become impulsiveness and can result in making loads of money, but also have the potential to lose a fortune too.

When a person with these qualities puts in an appearance he or she may be showing you where you could bring a bit more drive and measured risk taking into your own life.

By the same token if this is an aspect of your own personality then try and keep it positive and use the fiery, action oriented manifestation of this energy in order to move your projects forward with creativity and aplomb.

Something ‘out of the blue’ may happen this week…..a curve ball hurtling from left field taking you totally by surprise! When The Tower appears, although it may seem destructive, it is always because something built on shaky foundations needs to be swept aside to make room for new, more fitting circumstances. This can be an outer or inner phenomenon…..whichever, it allows new paradigms and ways of seeing to emerge.
