If there are choices which need to be made today it could prove very confusing. There are so many possible options on offer that it may feel impossible to choose between them. What to do for the best? Because this is the suit of cups which rules emotions, feelings and intuition, the best result today would probably be to follow your heart or gut feeling, rather than attempting to make a decision using a rational or logical process. There is a choice on offer that would be a perfect fit…..symbolised by the one upright cup in the midst of all the inverted ones. Listen to your heart to come to the right decision for you.
It’s time to make a decision and it may be quite obvious which is the right option to go for. This card is an optical illusion where sometimes I see what looks like a spire with a cup perched on top. Other times I see a channel with a goblet at the end. Today however I see a super sized arrow pointing straight at the correct chalice, or the choice I should make at this time. Go for it, it seems to be saying…..it is the right thing to do!
This weeks randomly drawn card is the Seven of Cups, which in The Wild Unknown deck is portrayed as a mind bending optical illusion. Depending on your perspective you might see a pyramid shape with a cup balanced precariously on it’s apex; or looking at it another way, it may appear as a channel or trench with the cup placed at the end.
When this card appears we often have many seemingly interesting and appealing choices. However this card cautions us to take our time and weigh up our options carefully. This could be a classic case of ‘all that glitters is not gold’. Can we trust what is in front of us, or is all not as it seems? Often when there is a plethora of options it can lead to confusion and paralysis making it almost impossible to make a decision.
So this week we need to be very clear on what it is we really want, and beware of being taken in by a mesmerising fantasy which may subsequently crumble to dust. Don’t be tricked into falling for a scenario which turns out to be no more than smoke and mirrors with no real substance.
Today’s Daily Card, the Seven of Cups is all about choices. Sometimes it can appear that there are so many choices that it can feel overwhelming and immobilising. What to choose? With so many tantalising options we must remember that “all that glitters is not gold”. Some of the most desirable looking options may turn out to be a poison chalice. Do we want fame and recognition, beauty, wealth, wisdom or the mystery prize shrouded in secrecy? Be careful what you wish for as you might just get it!
This is a time to focus and get clear on what I really want and then stop daydreaming and bring my dreams into reality. Until I do this all those beguiling options are nothing more than “pie in the sky”. Time to get real; what am I working towards? What do I want to achieve? I need to base my decision on the answers to these questions and then concentrate on working towards these goals and putting my dreams into action. I think that the best way to do this is to “follow my bliss”, always being authentic and true to myself. If it feels right then hopefully I will not stray from my true path.
